Information in your request

The quote form asks for your name, email, country, workstation requirements, budget, timing, and any optional company details or notes you provide. Avoid including confidential project files, passwords, or sensitive personal information.

How the information is used

When inquiry collection is connected, submitted information is used to review and respond to your workstation request. A submission is only confirmed after it has been saved. If the form reports an error, it has not confirmed receipt.

We do not automatically send your details to hardware suppliers. We will ask your permission before sharing contact information for a proposed introduction. Email automation is not currently part of the site.

Downloaded briefs

A downloaded brief is generated in your browser. Downloading it does not send the brief or your contact details to us. Your selections remain in the page while it is open and are not saved to browser storage.

Hosting and technical data

The site is intended to run on Cloudflare. When enabled, quote requests are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database accessible to authorized account administrators. The form uses a short-lived, daily rotating hash of the connecting IP address to limit repeated requests; the application does not save the raw IP address in the lead database. The hosting provider may process request metadata for security and operation.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may therefore make requests to Google's font services. No advertising trackers or analytics cookies are installed by this version of the website.

Your choices

You can use the buying guides and download a brief without submitting personal details. Providing optional company information or notes is not required. Do not submit information you do not want used to respond to the request.

Before inquiry collection is enabled

Contact details for privacy requests and the applicable retention period will be published here before live lead collection is activated.
